I operate a team of fleet vehicles and was told by a brand service centre that I needed up to $2000 worth of new parts and labour to replace the whole rear brake mechanism because their techs couldn’t isolate the issue. They also reported the parts needed to come from Japan and my car would keep making the noise until the parts arrived. One visit and the team at UTB had diagnosed the problem, which was different to the service centres opinion, ordered parts, replaced the culprit and had the car back on the road within 1 business day. Highly recommend.

Great work and efficient service! My family have been sharing our 2009 commodore for years. We recently moved to Balcatta and looked into service centers close by. We chose ultimate and they were able to accommodate us within a reasonable time frame and provided a great service. They identified a couple of small issues that they recommended be looked at further and were very budget friendly with a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be booking there again!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Lisa and Declan not only saved us money but they’ve potentially saved our lives. We bought a used car the day before and immediately brought it in because the brake light was on. This is a high quality establishment so they are booked out weeks in advance, but they care so much about their customers that they were willing to take a look to see how serious the problem was. The brake pad was gone and the metal was wearing on metal. If we waited any longer our car would’ve been hazardous to us and others. We can’t thank them enough for their foresight, kindness, and diligence.

I thought I would try another business to replace my worn front brake pads and rotors on my Mercedes. I was not disappointed with the experience but rather pleasantly surprised by some good old fashioned up-front communication from beginning to end and even going above and beyond the call of duty. I came in expecting my brakes to be repaired but also found they had reglued my roof lining, that was falling down a little on the drivers side, at no extra cost. This sort of service is unheard of in this day and age. I will definitely be bringing my car's back to Ultimate for work in the future.

I find it strange that reviewers like Peng don't understand that a mechanic is not a mind reader - they can't fully know what is needed until they look closely at a vehicle.
